Rental: One month of the agreed rental (+ VAT at the prevailing rate) payable in full upon signing rental agreement. Upon instruction we ask for a non-refundable fee of £1000 to begin your search - this is fully deductible from our eventual success fee. The instruction fee entitles you to a search period of one week. Property rental is subject to a minimum fee of £2000 + VAT

Investment: 1.5% (+ VAT at the prevailing rate) of purchase price payable in stages. Our investment fees differ dramatically from those of our competitors primarily for the reason that we do not ask for a signing-on fee and our fees are payable in stages rather than in advance. Upon acceptance of your instruction we ask for a fee of £500, which is fully deductible, upon exchange of contracts we ask for 50% of the success fee and upon completion the balance outstanding. For existing customers we offer a reduction in fees of £200 pounds for each subsequent purchase until our minimum fee of £2000 + VAT is reached.
