The process begins with an informal meeting with one of our consultants to discuss your criteria at a location convenient to you in order to ascertain how our services can turn your property requirements into reality. Your consultant will be your point of contact from start to finish handling all issues associated with your purchase.

Upon your instruction we will create a brief to accommodate your requirements be they needs or wants!

Once your criteria are established we will organize an accompanied tour to familiarize you with your chosen or suggested area(s).

Upon completion of your familiarization tour and once we have received your feedback we will be able to begin your search in earnest. This process may take a week to ten days. Viewings will be arranged at times convenient to you - we will ask for a rough idea of suitable times for viewings upon instruction. Your consultant will endeavor to accompany all viewings.

During the process you will be provided with a monthly status report. In addition your consultant will be available by email or telephone should they be required.

Once a purchase is agreed your consultant will oversee the process liaising with Estate Agents (where present), financial and legal representatives to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible to satisfactory completion and should there be any problems your consultant will be available to assist and resolve. You will receive more frequent reports during this time.
